NEPP started at Jacob's kitchen table five years ago. Nick and Jacob both knew they wanted to start a business, but they did not know what exactly. They bought a whiteboard and after hours of brainstorming, they decided real estate was their niche and NEPP was born!

Over the past three years, New England Premium Properties has successfully expanded its portfolio by adding 10 new properties and contributing to the management of several hundred apartments. All properties that Nicholas and Jacob manage are currently located in the beautiful states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

The reason for having all properties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts is that,

1. Jacob and Nicholas are very familiar with them and know how the market works in those areas.

2. Affordable housing is extremely difficult in both of these states. Nicholas and Jacob take pride in making these properties affordable. With growing up in housing authorities themselves, they understand the hardships many families endure especially during the drastic inflation increase.

To help with keeping residents happy and living in affordable housing, Nicholas and Jacob have teamed up with Section 8. This answers the question of longevity; by keeping apartments/houses at affordable prices with government back rents, everyone is one happy resident.
